Pros

Strong portfolio of work and accomplishment - pay and benefits in line with top non profits

Cons

The Development team is rife with blatant favoritism, gossip, and toxicity. If you’re not among a chosen favorite few - selected by a mysterious likeness of look - then you can expect to be ignored or disdained

Pros

RAND provided a great environment to work with amazingly talented and supportive colleagues.

Cons

Credentialism requirements on the part of HR interfered with the teams we had in place. Bummer. HR would have straight up fired Herman Kahn for not having the right degree. Sad!
