high quality and impactful work, great researchers and team members, opportunity to learn and work across a range of exciting projects

Cons

benefits for assistant researchers/doctoral fellows are not commensurate with those offered to other research staff. administrative processes can be burdensome at times, depts don't talk to each other or coordinate well
