Despite the challenges of a re-brand and long-standing practices, the "new" (2 years now) leadership group has done a great job re-inventing the culture into something even better than before.

Pros

The companies that I was able to work with face to face on a daily basis. Creating the business relationships that I was able to was worth having the job.

Cons

Always questioning whether they were going to let me go. It was something I worried about daily, only after the company was bought and new management and corporate took the lead.
