From day one I've had the warmest of welcomes and offering of help from everyone I come into contact with. The atmosphere is very team oriented and all the leads, supervisors and managers are efficient and responsive.

Cons

I learned that the IT dept recently became outsourced which resulted delay in receiving all the needed equipment. Just a few days behind though.

Pros

The staff in Indiana is very skilled, most team members have long tenure, and patient care is still at the forefront. I have seen on several occasions team members come together to assure a patient is seen or gets scheduled when they can't get in elsewhere.

Cons

Patients aren't always aware they have a choice in where they can have their imaging done.
