Pros

Great staff. Good benefits. Everyone works together. Worked with some of the staff from Minnesota. Wonderful working with them as well.

Cons

Too far from my house. Wish they would open one close to my home. More locations would be beneficial to the company as well as patients and employees.

Pros

Steady paycheck and the opportunity for quarterly bonuses. Flexible schedule with prior approval from management.

Cons

Your opinion is never valued. This company had tunnel vision when it comes to project management. They are ALWAYS reactive instead of being proactive. Known to make several "verbal" decisions and later forget the reasoning behind their decisions. The leadership in this company is extremely poor. Your success in the company is linked to who you know rather than how you perform. The people are fake and rude. Management is never open for new ideas. Teamwork isn't a concept at this company. If you decide to work here document everything because these people won't hesitate to throw their fellow teammates under the bus.

The Associates at CDI are among the highest caliber, talented Health Care personnel in the industry. Everyone here is focused on the Patient first, as well as our referring customers.

Cons

At this time I find little to complain about. A great company to work for, not only in Minnesota but across our 23 markets.
