      Pros

      Very cordial peers and hourly work force.

      Cons

      The job security is lousy. I had to lay off several key individuals during my tenure there, and I finally became a victim of cutbacks myself. While RBC as a corporation is doing well, they have a stand alone mentality for their respective divisions, and they have no corporate support for supplier quality. Communication between the design folks and plant manufacturing could be greatly enhanced.

      Pros

      Great place to learn the business fundamentals from marketing to manufacturing. Everyone has a chance to get exposed to all aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Most of the management simply does not have a backbone. Lots of wasted time chasing rabbit trails dictated by others above them instead of making good business decisions.
