There are no pros for this department.

Cons

They treat employees like slaves. Accountability and questioning for every single minute of the day. Continuous micromanaging makes stress levels very high. No matter how hard one works.. The managers have an attitude of "Give a dog a bad name and hang him". Very high turnover rate. Employees quitting all the time. No questioning by HR for unethical practices done by managers. Not worth recommending to anyone.

- Earn bonus based on how well you collect/how much over benchmark you are - Switch positions/roles pretty fast - Nice people

Cons

- Schedules change every couple months. seniority and how good you are gets preference first - Everything is timed to the second including washroom breaks and lunches - Tough job if you have a hard time separating personal emotions from the clients situation at hand. Need to have a tough (not rude), but tough personality
