Pros

First hand experience in customer service, dealing with people and their money is often a tense environment. Develops good work ethic, many layers of management for future growth, many work opportunities and avenues to branch out & develop marketable skills for other employment.

Cons

Unless you are in higher management levels there is no encouragement to be different or one of a kind, you must remain in the mold & recite tried & true sales pitches.

Pros

Great work life balance. RBC is very involved in charity work. Good benefits including medical and retirement

Cons

Our value is based purely on our sales results, meanwhile we have given clients every opportunity to bank outside of a brick and mortar building.

Pros

Rbc is a great company to work for. Flex benefits, purchase vacation option, competitive salary range, career advancement opportunities. Great management style. Rewards and recognition programs.

Cons

Benefits are Ok but could be cheaper and higher limits for dental plan and medical. Vacation entitlement only three weeks and goes up by one week after 10 years. Max vacation is 5 weeks after 15 years I think you can have unpaid vacation time which is ok but would be nice to have more days sooner then 10-15 yrs.
