Pros

Rbc is a great company to work for. Flex benefits, purchase vacation option, competitive salary range, career advancement opportunities. Great management style. Rewards and recognition programs.

Cons

Benefits are Ok but could be cheaper and higher limits for dental plan and medical. Vacation entitlement only three weeks and goes up by one week after 10 years. Max vacation is 5 weeks after 15 years I think you can have unpaid vacation time which is ok but would be nice to have more days sooner then 10-15 yrs.

Pros

Great Company to work for. Never get bored as you can always find something challenging to do.

Cons

Should pay better wages for staff in branches as they are dealing with the client face to face, day in and day out. Clients make the profits so should be taken into consideration.
