- Management is usually good, and well organized - Scheduling is very good wiyh many overtime opportunities

Cons

-Some of the ambulances are falling apart - Most of the equipment is old and barely functioning -Pay is terrible, and yearly raises are a joke - Some dispatchers are good, but others have no planning skills, and often clueless about operating procedures
