No training or very little on systems or procedures
Most of the staff is doing work they don't understand how to do or what it is which is an ethical concern for clients
Consistently uncommunicated expectations from leadership
Disorganized and client assignments change by the day with minimal communication to anyone involved
Clients are not held accountable
Part time but be prepared to be expected to work whenever if you want any hours
