Pros

How NOT to run a company.

Cons

Corporate Members don't care for the lower level workers. All are replaceable as far as they go. There is abnormal amounts of irrational individuals that run the company. They all act on emotion instead of having conversations with people. It is all based on "he said-she said" scenarios. It is difficult to trust anyone including the HR department.. If you don't fit in with the "cool kids" that are present there...you will find yourself being replaced before you can blink.

Pros

You get out of RDI what you put into it, there are many development opportunities, fun events, and great people.

Cons

Ell well had died the culture is talked about but not really lived anymore. You are on eggshells everyday You never know if you will be let go tomorrow. They cap you out at low salary regardless of how you perform but triple your workload due to laying off others. You have to be careful standing up for what is right even if you do it professionally and properly depending on who you are going against, some are protected and even though it's wrong you are the one who is let go.

Pros

Spirit week some cool employees

Cons

As someone said before they “try” to make it fun with spirit week each month, but it doesn’t take away from the real issues this place has . Lots of favoritism it’s quite gross . There is a certain member of leadership who has a “do as I say not as I do” attitude. In training you’re told not to cuss on the production floor but I cannot count how many times she dropped the F bomb walking through to her office or while she’s talking to another rep ! You can see these members of leadership who hehe and haha together and talk bad about other reps. They will call you out in front of your peers in Slack which is their form of communication . Let’s not forget that they would rather put a bandaid over the real issues in the building rather than fix them such as the heat ! It’s almost winter and the heat is broken inside the building so everyone has 3 layers of clothing can’t feel their finger tips or their toes, everyone has 1 or 2 blankets on but can’t use them when I “clients” walk in because it’s unprofessional, yet no one wants to have the talk about the heat not working in OHIO in 30° weather !!!!!! Not all people are bad there but the pay is too low to put up with the stress and headache this place brings !
