RDI is a company with a strong focus on its team members at every level! We seek out regular feedback from agents & supervisors alike as we continue to grow our culture, provide quality service for our clients, & promote better living for our employees! One of the major contributing factors is our culture team, which works with management to develop employees and helps everyone to take away what they put in. The goal is always to create an environment where anyone who applies themselves can see growth in both their personal & professional lives. At RDI you can find yourself working with companies from all over the country, building a strong skillset in customer support, sales, and communication with peers / management / and even clients. More than that, you'll find yourself working with people who genuinely care about you as an individual and are willing to put in the effort to make sure you have a positive experience where you feel supported and heard.

You can get hired really easily.

Cons

Terrible compensation, is NOT competitive. Benefits are minimal and cost more for terrible coverage. The workplace is toxic -- utilizes "hustle culture" and is run like a sports team (and not in a good way). If you're not willing to be a part of the boy's club, you will be shut out.

Pros

-Amazing co workers and a great environment. Multiple pathways of people to talk to and reach out to weather you have an issue or an idea. -Hard work gets recognized, I spent my time at RDI working very hard and was put into positions to get to continue to develop and grow, while also helping others do the same -The culture. Between EllWell and the bootcamps they do and many more activities/organizations than I have never seen a company provide that has so many pathways for their employees in so many different avenues, it's pretty amazing

Cons

I had a great experience here and didn't have any overall negative experiences. I got to learn alot, develop strategies for the company as well as training materials and be a part of an amazing team. The only reason I left was for an amazing opportunity that I couldn't pass up, it's a place I would love to return to as well.
