      Cons

      Micro managing, no opportunity for advancement on certain programs, favoritism is big there so it’s best to know someone or else you will not be promoted.

      Family Feeling

      Pros

      RDI is an excellent place to work, I love the family feel and the constant ways they promote better living. This is the first job I have ever had that goes the extra mile to be sure that employees feel supported at work as well as in their personal lives. I work from home and always feel included as though I am in the office.

      I don't really have any cons anything I have ever had issue with has always quickly been resolved
