      Lovely people and very friendly atmosphere

      Pros

      The people at rdi are very friendly and willing to help. As long as you ask questions they always give their best to help you out. I get to work from home so that is a major pro. The calls are very straight forward. As long as you can read and speak this job is very easy and rewarding

      Cons

      The only con I have is the auto fail system. The QA reps seam to be all over the place and not sticking to what I've learned in training. I love my job and would hate to lose it over a low QA score because the QA team are not sycnized and working on the same page.

      Got to have unlimited OT, some bonuses given out.

      Cons

      was supposed to get 90-day raises, only got 1. Then they stopped doing 90-day raises. It was the reason I Left Kroger to go to RDI was the raises. If you want to move up, shady business practices
