      They was not completely fair in their Moto

      Work at home The pay was good

      Cons

      They chanted a moto about being all for their employees but didn't even give me the time to train before letting me go due to my rates not being low. I got 3 days and everyone else got 5 days. Plus the manager was not very professional at all. They dropped the zoom call and proceeded to talk terribly about me. 2 weeks before Christmas.

      Great hours, good work environment, management is like family, offer in house gym,

      Pay is low, communication, pressure, and do not ask for time off. Even though you earn your time off they do not like giving you time off.

      Knowledgeable staff, great individuals and products.

      Cons

      Lack of management, poor resources, focused on profit over satisfying the customers. Definitely understaffed. Lack of team functionality.
