Great work environment, management is great as well as coworkers. Friendly atmosphere, PTO time. Room for growth in every area of the company.

Cons

Pay is low, moving around to different departments is frustrating. Cold calling is very stressful. Bonus structure changes rapidly. Co-workers change when you move to departments.

Thank you for your comment. We agree that our ELLWELL culture provides an awesome atmosphere at each of our call center locations and this wouldn't be possible without our awesome employees! Growth like you mentioned is in every department of the company and when internal opportunities arise we do a great job of advertising them from within. Changing departments can happen although it is uncommon unless requested by the employee. We look forward to your continued growth within the company.
