      Pros

      Working from home was a plus.

      Cons

      Promises of adequate training and mentorship went right out the window after a brief onboarding. No leadership, very unorganized and not ready to take on new employees. Healthcare package is lackluster.

      Thank you for this feedback and we're disappointed to hear your onboarding experience was not what we strive for it to be-- prepared, comprehensive, and setting you up for success. All of our programs have client/program-specific training which can vary from 3 days to 6 weeks dependent upon the requirements of the role.
