      Inappropriate, useless hr department, favoritism is rampant, literally told HR that a manager was inappropriate and made sexual comments toward someone that person still worked there when I left

      Pros

      This company allows you to work from home depending on which campaign you work for. They are always involving the employees in things and events. It's very different from other call centers I've worked for. They actually make you feel special, and have someone there for you if you ever need anyone to talk too.. Very polite and organized.
