Thank you for taking the time to comment. RDI offers a wide variety of positions that each require their own skill set. You are correct: if you are on one of our sales teams you will definitely need to handle rejection well (which is really just the nature of the job). Just like on a customer service team we need to have a very calm and upbeat nature to be able to resolve escalated issues for frustrated and upset customers. We do our best to match the right person to the right position while also going into detail on the job description (and even playing a sample call during the interview process) to avoid miscommunication.

We provide ongoing training as well as an RDI Learning Management System where employees can build their individual skill set to set them up for success later.
