We appreciate the feedback. RDI is an Outsource Provider for our clients and that means we have multiple jobs at all of our sites. The client need can sometimes change with very little notice and that’s when we have to HUSTLE. It’s one of RDI’s key core values and it’s why we’ve been so successful for the past 42 years. So while we might be used to it, we can see how it might seem overwhelming at first. Truly though, we’re all one company and when we make moves it’s really provide a new opportunity for each employee.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. RDI offers a wide variety of positions that each require their own skill set. You are correct: if you are on one of our sales teams you will definitely need to handle rejection well (which is really just the nature of the job). Just like on a customer service team we need to have a very calm and upbeat nature to be able to resolve escalated issues for frustrated and upset customers. We do our best to match the right person to the right position while also going into detail on the job description (and even playing a sample call during the interview process) to avoid miscommunication.

5 Years is Awesome! Thank you for your hard work. As you’ve experienced yourself, RDI works hard to develop our leaders from our existing workforce. We provide ongoing training as well as an RDI Learning Management System where employees can build their individual skill set to set them up for success later.
