We look for employees who are hard workers, show up to work every day with a smile, and those who know how to communicate and engage their co-workers. Thank you for your comment. It is true, that as a 3rd Party Outsource Provider we do have a strong focus on Metrics and Attendance. Our jobs are to meet the expectations that our clients lay out for us. However, we are a company that hires great people and we understand that life will happen. As long as there is strong communication, we can usually work around situations that come up. But yes, attendance and job performance are an important piece to individual success at RDI!
