      the people, the culture, the clients. It is like family here, everyone looks out for each other. our culture is like no other, we make sure the everyone is happy, healthy, learning the skills they need to advance in life.

Our teams have done a phenomenal job transitioning most of our workforce to be able to work from home while still being able to maintain employee engagement and other perks of working for RDI! Due to the nature of our business and some of the industries we support, angry customers are sometimes inevitable, but we do our best to ensure our team members are properly trained to de-escalate and manage these calls appropriately when we do receive them. With many of our leaders having been promoted from agents to management, we agree that this great advice and will share with our leadership teams as a friendly reminder that they, too, have walked in the shoes of our agents!       This is a company that truly follow the concept of what you put in you get out. They care about their employees and reward them for there hard work. Through working there you develop people and leadership skills and other valuable skills that help you in Life and have the opportunity to advance and move up in company
