Pros

During the recent weeks RDI took on the impossible and made it possible. A task force was put together to move our call center agents from 7 locations to work from home. The hustle shown by the task force to get as many of our valued staff members safely at home to work was heroic. When many companies are furloughing employees or closing their doors, RDI did what was needed to make sure people kept their jobs. On every call, in every meeting, the employees health and safety was the #1 objective and priority in the decision making process. This speaks loudly for the culture at RDI, which is unlike any you'll ever see. RDI cares. Other pros: Flexible scheduling Great leadership Challenging work Fun environment

Cons

Benefit packages are a little expensive

Pros

I have been with this company for 8 years and am so thankful for this company. I went from the phones (entry level), to training, to supervisor/coach, back to training, to program management, and other operational roles. I even left the organization and came back and have gotten more opportunity since I've been back than ever before. It's taken time (8 years), but growth is so available here if you're willing to be part of the family, embody the core values, and stay flexible.

Cons

In our line of work things change so quickly. With that, comes the need to be ready to pivot. You can't stay married to ideas, processes, programs, etc. You've got to be ready for change and stay engaged.
