      Pay rate is minimum wage and the eval process takes a while, so you will not increase your income too quickly.

      Great pleace to work despite of his pseudo HR department

      Pros

      Good bonuses Flexible working hours, it gives you the opportunity to have a second job or studying . Also this allows you to have leisure time, which is essential for us as humans.

      Cons

      Their HR department is awful, they are very incompetent and shady with anything related to your payroll, and god forbid your supervisor asks for a rise for you, be mentally prepared to wait for months until it gets authorized by HR.

We are working hard to ensure competitive pay in all aspects of our organization (Earn Well), but please remember that raises are not solely approved by HR- all pay is reviewed by senior leadership and is based on several different items including (but not limited to) tenure, experience, output, team cohesion, business profitability, etc. We hope you also share this feedback with your chain of command and ELLWell Manager.
