Pay rate is minimum wage and the eval process takes a while, so you will not increase your income too quickly.

Reasonable pay for a no experience needed job.

Cons

Though they say that they want their sales associates to be honest and have integrity in their sales, they clearly word sales scripts in deceptive ways and teach you how to deceive customers into purchasing things. Management rewards sales persons who trick customers into agreeing to purchase products unknowingly, while chastising employees who try to sell honestly.

While we appreciate all feedback, we are disappointed to hear that this was your takeaway from employment with RDI. All of our Sales Associates are trained on best practices to help with individual success. When someone is beginning at RDI, we will sometimes offer a scripts and other tools to help with communication and selling points. RDI is a company that thrives on honesty and integrity. Each and every sale that we make is audited by our Quality Department to ensure we are not being deceitful to the customers we are speaking to. Any employee that feels like their integrity is being sacrificed would be encouraged to bring this up with a member of management. Our culture is based on our employees feeling positive about our work and making it as fulfilling as can be.
