      Pros

      Pay that's is if you are just in it for the money than rdi is for you if you're looking for a steady job go anywhere but here

      Cons

      Horrible management, supervisors who can't dial or didn't even pass nesting (which they say if you don't you get fired), bosses also ask employees for numerous different drugs to extra hours or paid lunches, unsafe and disgusting work environment if the job was taken more serious and they could get rid of the drug addicts and actually help there employees it wouldn't be a bad overall job!

      Pros

      In my short time as an employee I’ve never felt as welcomed and appreciated as I have at RDI. I’ve learned so much and have been rewarded tremendously for my hard work and given hope from leaders and supervisors that I can succeed and grow within the company .! I have found a new home and I hope to be here for many many years !

      Cons

      When you WFH you really miss seeing your rdi family !

      Big company, lots of jars to put your hand in. Careful what you reach for..

      Pros

      People on ground level are great. Met a lot of my best friends in my time with RDI. Generally they hire anyone so go for it.

      Cons

      No Coaching. Shady practices that remain hidden from clients. Glad to say that if you stay quiet and just "take the abuse" it can be painless. Culture is a myth that's practiced by few even up top.
