I learned a lot that helps me in my job now but I constantly felt discouraged there, overall it was not enjoyable.
Pros
They will hire anyone, so it's an easy job to get first of all. They let you take off or call off and make up your hours without much problems. It's easy money, the starting pay rate is pretty good. You can work extra hours.
Cons
THE EMPLOYEES. They obviously do not take much into consideration when hiring their employees because the majority of them are rude, vulgar, and have bad attitudes. They don't care about you. Really, I worked their for a long time and I've seen people come and go and they never seem to care, even if it is a really good employee! This company has the mentality that they are the best and they don't need you, or at least that is how they are portrayed because they don't make an effort to make it seem otherwise and they constantly lose good employees. Professionalism, they don't have much of it here a lot of the time the attitude is like "anything gos". Also, some of management gets WAY too involved with the personal lives of phone reps and the drama and rumors at this place are endless. It really is absolutely ridiculous. It's boring and depressing as well, this is NOT a happy job. Management doesn't do much to encourage the reps or keep a positive atmosphere.
