      Pros

      Every manager in there has the drive and focus and attention to helping you succeed in your position. The work is simple and easy to do, which can be monotonous, but not if you don't mind some reading whilst you're bored. Co workers and even corporate were always friendly and eager to help.

      Cons

      Starting salary is around 12, and 2 years later, you will be lucky to be at 13. Moving up does not mean a higher salary, most amanagers just increase their work-load whilst losing any incentive or commission.

      The culture at RDI Blue Ash is awesome and it really makes you love working there.

      Cons

      The great call campaign is a revolving door and the associates on that campaign are under paid and over worked. The GC supervisors are lazy sned don't really care to assist. This campaign is just messy, disorganized, and unmotivated
