Pros

They are progressing towards the employees who make up the company. Their Ellwell program offers activities to keep employees engaged and aware of their environment, they offer social events to get to know the colleagues, and the sporting events and discounted tickets are nice. Flexible schedule. If you’re a college student, it’s a really easy job. Some Coworkers are amazing.

Cons

High turnover rate, low wages, health insurance coverage could be better, to many people, not enough space. No internal promotions. Also, HR isn’t easily accessible to talk about when there is an issue between coworkers and there are ellwell managers who like to talk about people personal lives amongst other employees, so they’re not very trustworthy.
