      Pros

      Before you getting hired they send you a link to fill out your pay ,just put as low as you can .They do not hire you if you ask 17$/an hour .

      Cons

      RDI is not a good company if you graduate from college , Pay range from 9$ -11$ an hour

      Thank you for your review. The employment opportunities at RDI can vary drastically in the job itself as well as the candidate we are looking to hire. We do offer entry-level positions (which is a great way to get into a Contact Center without having a lot of experience) but we also offer more challenging roles that require strong communication and technical skills and the pay for that might be higher. We also have other positions within the company that require Insurance Licensing or Human Resources Experience or a specific IT skill. As a company we offer a variety of opportunities. We also pay competitively to the market as well as offering a strong Health Benefits package and even a 401K.

RDI does still offer growth and advancement opportunities; now more than ever. A Growing company is never a bad thing as we are expanding our client list which means we have more positions than ever before (which means we are promoting more employees). We look for employees who are hard workers, show up to work every day with a smile, and those who know how to communicate and engage their co-workers. If any employee feels like there is no management, I would strongly urge them to reach out to one of our Culture Directors to voice their concern. RDI listens. And if anyone feels that to be the case we need to know about it.
