Needs new restructuring from top management on down to the front-line employees.

Pros

Absolutely NO ONE cares what everyone does from over charging clients for worked performed, to falsifying documentation of Holiday pay just to keep the front-line employees happy because they have such a high turnover rate which is a result of one word "MANAGEMENT."

Cons

One word for everyone "MANAGEMENT."

Pros

I have been with this company for 8 years and am so thankful for this company. I went from the phones (entry level), to training, to supervisor/coach, back to training, to program management, and other operational roles. I even left the organization and came back and have gotten more opportunity since I've been back than ever before. It's taken time (8 years), but growth is so available here if you're willing to be part of the family, embody the core values, and stay flexible.

Cons

In our line of work things change so quickly. With that, comes the need to be ready to pivot. You can't stay married to ideas, processes, programs, etc. You've got to be ready for change and stay engaged.

Great Co-workers and support when needed. Ell Well Dream Well is huge! They have granted my dream of becoming a Citizen which is AMAZING!! There are opportunities for advancement and my site manager is always on my side.

Cons

Retirement match could be a bit higher and life insurance should be offered whether you pay for insurance or not.
