Pros

Employee events, attempts at friendly environment, free employee gym.

Cons

-BEDBUGS- -HEAT AND A/C OFTEN BREAK- RDI WILL EXPECT YOU TO WORK AT YOUR DESK IN TEMPS AS HIGH AT 100 DEGREES AND BELOW FREEZING. CANNOT GET HEAT OR A/C TO FUNCTION BUT HAS BUDGET TO REPLACE SITE MANAGERS WALL WITH GLASS. OSHA NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Overworked/underpaid, dishonest management, policies constantly changing, those with children should not apply. RDI lies to clients for business and cheats PCI compliance. You will go through two weeks of training to not know how to carry out your job on the floor. No opportunity for advancement. Very cliquish and classist environment, virtually no people of color in management. Promises of raises/promotions are fraudulent. Sexual harassment is rampant. New employees hired on at $12/hr while employees who have been there years are not able to get a raise higher than $11/hr, including management.

Pros

Word hard, play hard. That holds true for RDI. Amazing people and support. You wont find a company that does so much for employees at all levels. The culture is great. If you hustle, RDI and the leaders have your back!

Cons

We could use more incentives for supervisors and leads.
