      Pros

      RDI is not just a job it can be a career. A job is what you make of it, but Rdi gives you every opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      I have no cons with my job. If people come in and do what is expected of them there would be no issues.

      Pros

      I have been with RDI almost 8-1/2 years. They care about their employees and have implemented Ell Well which is wonderful. Management strives to make everyone happy and works with you in accomplishing your goals.

      Cons

      A few improvements modifications must be done to the building itself.
