RDI is willing to help you grow as a person and also in the company. The training and mentoring process helps with building confidence and resilience. Career advancement is available as long as you come to work, have a positive attitude and ask questions. We have a calendar for upcoming events and it feels like a professional family environment.

Cons

Not having enough time in the week to attend all of the events outside of work.

most times you can work over as much as possible

Cons

favortism letting their family and friends work here. Some of management is disgusting its sad. They never fix problems they never say what they mean or mean what they say . They treat they good workers like crap and they bad workers they praise..The owner cant care about the company that much or they would get rid of most of the management.I wouldn't recommend anyone work here
