Pros

RDI has an extremely engaging work environment. I can tell that the people at RDI genuinely care about their employees. It’s more than just a job, they go above and beyond in order to implement the core “ELLWELL” values on a day to day basis. They enjoy making it an enjoyable place to work and give you the motivation to WANT to come work. Room for improvement but overall a more than satisfactory work experience.

Cons

It is a CALL center so you do witness your fair share of “drama” mostly amongst employees.

Pros

RDI recognizes the need for change and growth. They do what they can to evaluate current practices and assess how to make those practices better, when they aren't working. The culture is one that promotes growth inside and outside of work. You get out what you put in. Don't expect to be handed something you aren't willing to work for.

Cons

There are always your typical call center politics. However, as an employee you have the choice not feed into it. Be the change, be the solution and not part of the problem.
