Pros

Decent pay Flexible Hours Lots of outside activities Some managers appreciate your efforts Attempts to be engaging with activities each month (The ELL Well manager is RUDE!!!)

Cons

Management is young and in a clique The workrdi.com website is FAR FAR from actual day to day operations You get a different answer depending on who you ask Things change from day to day There is NO communication to the people working on the floor They can switch you to other programs without notice You have to watch your hours to be sure they are reported correctly

Pros

I worked at the RDI in Milford, Ohio for about for years. Overall I think RDI is a really good company. The pay is only okay but if you’re good at making sales you can often make a lot more money from commission on top of the hourly wage. It is very easy for request off, as long as the program you’re in doesn’t have too many people requesting off. They do paid holidays for all employees whether you’re part time or full time. They also offer vacation time that you accumulate over time.

Cons

The cons are the typical cons that come with working at a sales based call center. If you’re doing well you get praise, but if you’re doing poor they try to coach you but it can get kind of stressful. Some of the management is very mean and some are very nice so you’ll have to learn who to talk to about certain things.
