      Pros

      - RDI has a phenomenal starting hourly rate for people who start off on the phones. I started well above minimum wage, and I believe the current starting rate is around $12 an hour. - It gives you the chance to learn how to work in an office environment. - As a call center employee, you learn multiple programs so your employment is typically quite diverse. You also learn basic selling techniques and can hone them through individual coaching. - On a sales level, there are plenty of incentives including games and monetary incentives.

      Cons

      - You really have to push for the chance to move up in the company. Hard work doesn't necessarily get you there; you have to learn how to manage office politics in your favor.

      Pros

      RDI has a feeling of Family if something happens to one of us all are worried and hoping that all is ok. I love working at a place that if you are having personal issues the team works together to make sure that you are covered if you need the time off. We strive to work as a team.

      Cons

      There are always those times in any work environment that you feel that you just are not being heard and that you do more than your share of the work load and you don't get the recognized for it.

      Pros

      None. Working at RDI was akin to living in a nightmare.

      Cons

      Brutal, mismanaged, micromanaging call center. This company should be out of business. My ratings below would be negative if this site allowed such a thing.
