Pros

Love the people I work with and the opportunities RDI has given me. I cannot say enough about how great it has been to watch RDI evolve and how great it has been to evolve with it.

Cons

With how fast the company is growing, we need a better process to evaluate employees and move the right people to the right positions. We sometimes overlook the people who do not push to get ahead.

Some of the best reasons to work at RDI is the leaderships eagerness to solve problems when they arise, hard work is always acknowledged and rewarded, and the team atmosphere is great!

Cons

At times a negative attitude in the building can spread quickly. Whether it be personal issues or feelings of being slighted.
