Pros

Fun, friendly atmosphere. Love the people I work with. Love my campaign. Anytime there is a concern, it is answered and/or fixed in a timely manner. Many incentives offered and they are very good at building up people instead of tearing them down.

Cons

Temperature control in the building is a problem at times, especially the lunch room and restrooms. Headsets get taken or moved from station to station a lot, so there is always a search for a working headset.

Pros

I have been with RDI for almost three years. I really like the environment/atmosphere that the site gives you. They appreciate their employees and we also get to attend awesome company events! Like Reds games, hockey games, basketball games, company picnics, etc. It's just an awesome company. They make you feel appreciated and needed, I would recommend this jobs to others.

Cons

Management needs to have a little better communication at times. Specifically when agents ask them questions and they get a different answer from everyone! Other then that, it's a really solid place to work for!

Pros

The development of personal communication skills as well as the understanding of effective communication. Building relationships is key to our happiness and RDI surrounds you with opportunities to build those relationships and expand them abroad. Developing technological skills is inevitable at RDI so if your trying to work in that field, it is a great start for you. Even those pursuing leadership roles elsewhere can learn many things at RDI aside from communication, new styles of leadership, effective tracking, designating roles, and setting the tone, just to name some.

Cons

Campaigns do come and go but thats business, and business is business. You need to be able to adapt quickly and effectively.
