Pros

RDI is a great company to develop general business experience. They stick to their focus on developing professionals. There are great opportunities for advancement, as most high level positions are promoted from within. RDI has grown a great deal over the last few years, allowing employees to work with great clients. RDI goes out of their way to provide outings and in work activities to keep employees engaged.

Cons

RDI is a constantly changing landscape. If there is a change of responsibilities, schedule, or the program someone is working on, someone might not know until the day of the change. This information is generally gained through other employees rather than officially through the company. The lack of clarification can make it difficult for someone to adjust their personal time around what is needed from them.

Pros

Agents can get trained on multiple campaigns and apply the skills that they learn from one campaign to another. A lot of the knowledge gained from working on so many campaigns can also be applied to everyday life. There are always opportunities to advance at RDI, and demonstrate what you can do and how it can help the company. When an agent has an idea that can benefit the campaign, they can present it to their supervisors who can present it to the client, and the agent would get the deserved recognition. Agents also are able to feel confident with the training that they receive, but are comfortable with the supervisors to go to them with any questions that may arise. A lot of people in the management team have given their personal time to help agents out and be there for their employees. The supervisors really care about seeing their agents grow and be the best version of themselves. A program within RDI, ELLWell, has a lot of events and activities that spark socialization within the company and helps the agents get to know each other. The ELLWell program within RDI also shares resources and encouragement daily that helps keep the environment very positive and encouraging. The staff at RDI are so diverse and different that everyone can learn something from each other, no matter what their title is.

Cons

The clients for a specific campaign may sometimes have more input on employee advancement than the management team at RDI itself.

Pros

I love coming to work everyday, everyone I work with is not a coworker but a friend. There is a very strong support system here. Never once have I felt like this was not the right place for me. I've been here for over a year now and I've learned so much about communication skills, time management skills, and most importantly how to keep improving myself to be a better employee and give back to a company that has given me so much to be grateful for.

Cons

Smoking section out back is cold during the winter but you'll have that anywhere.
