Pros

I've worked here for about 6 months and my experience here has been great. Training lasts about 2 weeks and is very easy, and they don't just throw you in the shark tank, they prepare you very well for the actual customer interactions. The actual job is very easy and my supervisors and coworkers are very helpful.

Cons

The only negative comment I can make is you may have some negative customer interactions but they are few and far between. As long as you can handle unhappy clients you'll enjoy this job.

RDI has been the best move I have made in my life . Working at RDI make you feel good about yourself it make you feel wanted.RDI will do anything for you if you want to change and make a better career they will get you there. RDI is like my family.

Cons

At RDI you have your ups and down just like any where.
