RDI offers great starting pay and flexible schedule that works with for almost everyone.

Cons

It is a sales driven opportirunity that can be over alot at once but they offer on the spot training so they are very willing to work with you.

The dress code is business casual and you are not under pressure to meet sales quotas or a dollar amount in sales. They do recognize employees for their accomplishments.

Cons

The rules are not very strongly enforced, management plays favorites, you get moved between campaigns a lot, low pay.
