      Overall pleasant but underpaid/appreciated.

      Pros

      Friendly office environment, good benefits, vacation accrued per hour worked (no wait period), lots of autonomy to work on projects.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay for many employees, disorganization within departments/with some managers. Little to no 401k matching.

      Pros

      The company is putting a huge emphasis and a lot of money towards making this company an employer of choice. Their ELL Well Program seems to be very promising. (ELL Well is Earn Well, Learn Well, Live Well). They also really like to promote from within. If you are a go-getter with a positive attitude you will quickly move up in the company.

      Cons

      The entry level positions has quite a bit of turnover (as all companies of this nation would have). Some managers on the call center floor use and abuse their power.-They are working to improve upon this.

      Pros

      If you are under qualified, but great at brown nosing and faking it. You will get opportunities.

      Cons

      All of the managers are low skilled and immature, but this is what growth through brown nosing and nepotism will get you. The employees who show self respect and don't respect the fragile leaders become outcasts. A bunch of beer drinking buddiles pretending to be leaders, and scared by those who see through them. Followers at heart. A house of cards. I took a pay cut to leave and much happier.
