Pros

i honestly cannot even think of a pro for this pathetic company! Maybe some of the people... But that's even pushing it!

Cons

We could be here awhile, so I'll just do my best to hit the high lights. I have worked for Rdi for 2.5 years. I have been on dedicated, shared, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and swing shift in this time. The first program I worked for went out of business and I should have left then! I was pregnant when the program left and I was FORCED to take maternity leave before my dr enforced it because it was an inconvenience to train me on something else. Before my forced leave I was actually given points for leaving to go to the hospital when they thought my water broke! (High risk pregnancy). Next I received points when both my aunt and grandma passed away. And just last week I was suspended for being less than an hour late because I had to get blood work done for my second pregnancy (also high risk)! This company is a joke! This job is only good if you are a high school kid needing Christmas money.
