Pros

RDI is a great company to develop general business experience. They stick to their focus on developing professionals. There are great opportunities for advancement, as most high level positions are promoted from within. RDI has grown a great deal over the last few years, allowing employees to work with great clients. RDI goes out of their way to provide outings and in work activities to keep employees engaged.

Cons

RDI is a constantly changing landscape. If there is a change of responsibilities, schedule, or the program someone is working on, someone might not know until the day of the change. This information is generally gained through other employees rather than officially through the company. The lack of clarification can make it difficult for someone to adjust their personal time around what is needed from them.

Pros

Laid back environment, freedom and flexibility, great coworkers.

Cons

Upper management including CEO is a total joke. Don't expect to be paid even as much as industry standard for your position, let alone any more. This company will use and abuse you and make excuses as to why you can't have a raise when your yearly evaluation comes around...if you even get your evaluation at all. The CEO needs to use his brain instead of something else to make decisions. Best way to get a job that actually pays well here? Meet the CEO in a bar and be his drinking buddy, extra props if you're a woman that he finds attractive. Everyone else is stuck in a hamster wheel trying to make ends meet.

Pros

The Co workers are the most enjoyable aspect. Working for the GE Division gives you the sense of being a part of something larger. Structured, scheduled hours are a plus.

Cons

Pay is an absolute joke. Time tracking system is constantly WRONG, and you aren't paid your hours. Regardless as to job titles, the B2B center is a call center atmosphere and treated as such, with nothing to do with sales. Team leads are promoted far to quickly, though they may have seniority, are clearly power hungry at that point, and have no clear knowledge on how business works. Being hired for B2B Sales means to SELL...not to be narrow and closed minded about how only "your" process works.
