I was hired in for one project, and after a month I had 7 more projects, and no increase in rate of pay. By the time I finally left I had 20 projects and only 2 pay raises of a insignificant amount in 3 years. You will have to write an essay explaining what things you have done and accomplished in order to get a raise, after you have been there for a year, and then every year thereafter. Dress code policy is business casual however if they decide they don't like the outfit you are wearing that day, even though you have worn it before and it is quite appropriate for a business casual environment, they will send you home to change. No employee recognition for a job well done.

There is no room for advancemnt there. They also do ot give raises and evaluations when they are suppose to./ 90% of the employees have not recieved a raise since they have started.
