Pros

Some of the people and the free coffee

Cons

The people are all related or married, there's no room to move up unless you're kissing someone's butt all the time, they take hours off of your check that you've worked. If you complain about the hours they send you home early. Men are sexually harassing some of the women but they don't care as long as they move up.

Pros

Money, Women, Beer, Sex and Drugs. Thats about it.

Cons

The place is cracked out, the job is easy, but it also sucks. I hated being there, the day dragged on.

Pros

Very easy to get hired in. Really nice co-workers at the call centers. Good pay for the area.

Cons

I thoroughly enjoyed working as a TSR, but I would never work for this particular company again. The training was intense, and caused burn out to some candidates, needlessly. Once you're tossed out "on to the floor" to begin the actual work, you're inundated with constant pressure to perform, to "close the sale". Unfortunately, your ability to do so is not something that you will be able to control, to a large extent. It was an almost daily occurrence to see / hear someone crying. That in itself says pretty much everything. You're told you'll be "full time" if you work 6 days a week, but you will still get less than 40 hours of pay. You're told if you're full time you'll get paid holidays, health insurance, and all other kinds of goodies. What you aren't told is that the holiday pay will probably not apply to you, and the insurance will cost half of your pay check. The employee manual won't tell you half the things you need to know, and what it does spell out isn't adhered to. When I demanded an explanation of why I wasn't paid for a holiday when the manual said I would be, I was told "well we've changed that, guess we need to update the manual". You think?
