Pros

Flexible scheduling most of the time.

Cons

I was hired in for one project, and after a month I had 7 more projects, and no increase in rate of pay. By the time I finally left I had 20 projects and only 2 pay raises of a insignificant amount in 3 years. You will have to write an essay explaining what things you have done and accomplished in order to get a raise, after you have been there for a year, and then every year thereafter. Dress code policy is business casual however if they decide they don't like the outfit you are wearing that day, even though you have worn it before and it is quite appropriate for a business casual environment, they will send you home to change. No employee recognition for a job well done.

Pros

The vending machines have relatively cheap sodas, I guess...

Cons

They hire ANYONE, and promise much, but fail, repeatedly, to deliver. You are given the impression that hard work will be rewarded, and that education matters, and so on. None of this is remotely the case, and it is essentially nothing but auto-dialed telemarketing for slightly higher than minimum wage.
