      Pros

      - love that i can work from home - they are very reasonable and understanding with your schedule and any time you need to take off - love how everyone is so nice and that they encourage their employee's every day

      Cons

      - nothing, i have not had one bad thing happen from working at rdi

      Love that you can WFH. I love that this company was like family and we don't even see each other on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Not in all states in the United States. We should be able to work for you from anywhere.
