Pros

Some work from home opportunities in certain programs. Nice break room with good vending selection. The bathrooms were clean. Company culture is pounded down your throat. They help the community with events. They have groups for employees to meet people.

Cons

Oh were to start. The pay is awful compared to what they expect. The point system is archaic at best. It takes a whole year for a point to drop off. They gave me points for days I asked for approval ahead of time. The training in my program was just abysmal. I started the job not knowing half of what I needed to know and 3 months in I still hadn't learned it because they never gave me time to learn it. Half the computer programs needed for the Job didn't work or didn't have access to. Which would have made the job easier. The work from home is nice but don't get sick or miss a day they will make you come in on sight for 30 to 60 days. The QA is the worst most nit picky thing ever. And that goes back to the low pay to high expectations thing. I was promised a raise and never got it.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience while working at RDI. While we do have a point system for employees, most programs have ample opportunities to either work their points off or participate in one of our community outreach opportunities to get points removed. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors.

Thank you for your feedback! RDI is constantly implementing new ideas on ways to improve our business and the happiness of employees on a regular basis. Currently, we have a program called Bench Leadership which prepares agents for their next step here at RDI. This program allows agents to explore the different departments of RDI and really paint a picture of what their future will look like. Thanks again for your feedback and best of wishes on your next journey!
